muffin, cereal, milk, juice (didn't need the muffin), coffee; ham, white bean salad, water, 1/4 grill cheese, orange

ham, 2 buns (hey, they were fresh from oven), green beans, white bean salad, and a giant glass of lemon water

string cheese, light triscuits, bottle of water...still hungry, still crabby
