  2. weight is down,.. mood mediocre..
  3. brekky: 2 pcs of wheat bread, strawberry jam, 1/2 banana, yogurt, coffee
  4. lunch: rice ball and seaweed... not much of an appetite still..
  5. lunch: mushroom soupy rice.. not much of an appetite today.
  6. happy friday world!! today will be a good day :)
  7. short workout today: strength 30 min, walking 20 min
  8. brekky: blueberry bagel, 1/2 banana, low fat yogurt, coffee
  9. today's meals: so far so good... but currently feeling very, very munchy
