  1. Am now being followed by a handbag emporium. What buzzword did I use? Was it the reference to Sids James and Waddell or to Phil Taylor?
  2. @DamonQuerry I noted Danny B mention that yesterday. Lots of times.
  3. @DamonQuerry Worse.
  4. @DamonQuerry I occasionally hear Nolan asking questions (usually about the internet or children or pole dancing or some amalgam of all 3)
  5. @TheDailyEmma If you want to see anything decent from ITv you have to. I think STV should lose the franchise.
  6. @TheDailyEmma They've dropped nearly all drama (poirot/Marple/Lewis/Sharpe/Monday night stuff) and comedy (incl Al Murray). Pathetic.
  7. @TheDailyEmma This a.m. STV actually broadcast a documentary about tartan presented by a man off Taggart. That's regional scheduling for you
  8. @TheDailyEmma A History of Scotland - whoop de doo. This week instead of Collision STV are showing "Great Scots" to pick great Scots. Humbug
  9. @DamonQuerry Does this mean you're going to listen to the evil Nolan...
  10. @TheDailyEmma Despite BBC Scotland making it we're not seeing it up here until much later tonight. #stupidparochialscheduling
  11. Dear BBC Scotland, If you are going to insist on showing special programmes rather than dramas you made why not show http://bit.ly/3osB9N ?
  12. @pennyb Does it help if I say it was ghostwritten by god-like genius Sid Waddell
  13. And if as an anniversary present someone got you the Phil "the Power" Taylor autobiography would you be pleased (me) or displeased (Mrs L&G)
  14. @DamonQuerry @scatterkeir Gordon Jackson and David McCallum too. Tempted to simply say "good luck" in an officious German accented English.
  15. @pennyb As long as I'm not the only one (admittedly Mrs L&G didn't like it, but then I wasn't a huge fan of the many vases).
  16. @DamonQuerry @scatterkeir Herbert Lom too.
  17. If someone got you and your spouse a book about Sid James as a wedding present would you be upset, or (as I was) delighted?
  18. @Gailoh We could be getting Garrow's Law you know. BBC Scotland made it too - but prefer to mess it about.
  19. @quantick I'm especially looking forward to the R2 one.
  20. @scatterkeir Wish I'd known. I'd have recorded it.
