  1. 4.8h 153k (v wet) tempo ride, 30 min easy swim, 1.7hr gym, 36min steady run. To complete a 44.5hr week. Now freshen up for Epic Camp.
  2. 25min run. 3.5hr 100km ride with Jo included 3 x 30min intervals. I was helping Jo push her's along - for me it was little below IM effort
  3. Twitter today ? Not my usual Christmas so what the hell. Awesome ride - Akaroa and back via both Summit roads. 8h11. Now massive tea!
  4. 1h51 Swim, 2h27 gym (bit slow), 66 min run. 800s in swim, negative splitted one for 10:37. Lunchtime and all done for the day. Nice.
  5. Awesome ride. 5.33 very hilly hours. Dyers Pass, over & back to Port Levy, Gebbies Pass, Coopers knob, Summit road, home. Buzzing ;o)
  6. Full on squad swim. 6k in 1h40. 4k main set of 150s plus 400,200s pull was completed in 56 mins including rest !
  7. Symmetrical day: 2hr squad swim, 2hr gym, 2hr run
  8. swimming great. 5 x 400 on7:00... went 5:01,5:01,4:59,5:04,4:59. 20 seconds off each of those & I'll be back to my Uni days.
  9. 1h45 squad swim. 4.5 hr hilly bike - long bays with detour up and back down Dyers pass and to Cookie Time Factory Shop for Bumper Bars
  10. 2.5hr easy spin on bike. 50 min tempo run. 1 hr easy swim. 2hr gym
  11. just saw a 20+ stone lad jump from the 10m board at the QEII centre. The splash hit the ceiling. Made me (and a lot of others) laugh.
  12. Slept like a log for 10 straight hours. Wonderful ... so tired from that ride. Lovely day, heading out for an easy spin.
  13. 7hr 212km ride. 1st half with Jo, Scott, Jeff & Andy, 2nd half on me tod. Ended by passing the point my FHL tendon snapped.
  14. Fri: 45 min run. 3hr bike with some intervals. Tagged along with Jo and Scott.
  15. Filled in training diary to discover I'd notched up 3 Eddington numbers !!
  16. Great day. 2hr squad swim. 7hr, 210km ride (Gorges+Long Bays). Felt real strong for both.
  17. Long run day - 18k in bang on 90 mins. VERY HAPPY WITH THAT. Bit of a rest then recovery swim and 2hr gym
  18. Think I may be recovered. Hard 6k squad swim session this morning. 4hr ride this afternoon. Really cranking it the final couple of hours
  19. Feel pretty poor at twittering. In Christchurch now and feel recovered. Had a nice injection of confidence in my biking. Roll on Taupo.
  20. This week: 5hrs swim, 25hrs bike, 2hrs run, 4hrs gym and an hour in a kayak. Time to start resting.
