  1. Very sore midsection... sore, but feeling good.
  2. High intensity lower and upper body training on alternating sessions with emphasis on CORE training. GOAL: 15% body fat in 90 days.
  3. 5 to 6 meals a day at least 3 hours apart with appropriate portion sizes. This will get my metabolism going just like last time.
  4. High protein, low glycemic index carbs, fruits, vegetables, fiber and most importantly water! water! and more water.
  5. Started pre-loading on Creatine Monohydrate (EAS - Betagen) yesterday, cleaning out the fridge of all junk foods tomorrow morning.
  6. Picked up Myoplex 42 pack strawberry cream on the way home, got my old 90 days program journal out... this is gonna hurt so good.
  7. I'm ready to call it a day, Come on 7:00!!!
  8. Need to get motivated and go back in TRAINING MODE... for my health, numerous jeans that doesn't fit anymore, and 'coz I missed my six pack.
  9. Making the day manageable...with a little help from my friends.
  10. Bronchoscopy in 447 and then elective intubation in 452 back to back, it's gonna be one of those days again.
  11. It's funny how some highly educated MDs make a fool of themselves during a "CODE BLUE", embarrassing to say the least.
  12. Precepting has its pros and cons, I'll use it to my benefit.
