It's my birthday! Yay! I am 30. And my blog is hopelessly broken. Booo. But I will have presents and it will be OK.
| lizmp I'm done with my 3 week grad class and seem to have escaped unscathed. Back is much better thanks to drugs/physical therapy. |

| lizmp I have terrible sciatica all down my leg and have been holed up all weekend on the couch with lots of pillows. Ow. |

| lizmp My research class has been (who knew?) interesting so far. I have no clue what I might do for a thesis... Ideas? |

| lizmp There is a lovely storm brewing, and I am going to maybe get caught up on homework. Or watch a movie. :) |

| lizmp It is the solstice! That is a big deal in Alaska. The weather is spectacular (no clouds!) and today should be fun. |

| lizmp Alas, my week off is almost over. I have completed (almost) half of my correspondence class, and my 3 week class begins next week. |

| lizmp I finally have internet again! It is mega slow. Must pay all my bills and answer emails. Only 26 emails-- doesn't anyone love me? |

| lizmp I will be internet-less for a while. We're moving out today and our new modem hasn't arrived yet. |

| lizmp Elton john was incredible last night. It was just him and a piano and he hit those keys so hard and fast and...wow. |

| lizmp We moved into our new house ALL DAY today. I am sleepy and my feet hurt. But we got a lot done. |

| lizmp We've been ripping up carpet and pulling up tack strips and nails and staples all weekend. Boy, my hands are sore. |
