  10. trying to get some detail into the digital humanities project themes and ideas document - but thoughts of jazz research keep popping up
  11. just listened to 'free' froots 'new folk' album. Disappointing over-emphasis on 'old roots' despite some great 'new' artists.
  12. a day of much needed housework and a new washing machine has arrived - looks like a spaceship. Very pretty.

  17. REF - grey area about multiple submissions (by individuals) of the same paper if it's a research cluster effort
  18. REF - the Arts faculty is commended for its forward-looking approach in their unit re-configuration redesign thoughts
  19. REF - ORO is often cited as an exemplar of good practice
  20. REF - will need to hold lots of group get-togethers to build community and make sure that impact is at group level not individual level
