  19. Seems a bit odd that I have to provide so much "valid" info for paypal sandbox - seems I needed value area codes for fake phone numbers!
  20. @sebleedelisle always use spaces and convert tabs to four spaces - saves a lot of headaches. Recommended in PEP8 http://bit.ly/14BYvA
