  2. Just set up a google group for the Animal Advocacy Camp: http://bit.ly/fbQNP join if you want to help!
  3. @HhLodesign right back atcha ;)
  4. @veganginger I think there could be a lot more transparency in how most all organizations are run. It could be a good thing.
  5. This is great, please read: Do We Have A Compassion Deficit? http://bit.ly/tuG6l
  6. @HhLodesign Plus, if you don't know how long the ducks live, shouldn't someone say something? Do you know what kind of ducks they are?
  7. @HhLodesign I thought I was responding to your public statements.. how that's sticking my nose in someone else's biz I'm not sure.
  8. @HhLodesign who's on your side? Chefs and journalists? Bring on the experts!
  9. @HhLodesign If I have Canada's foremost poultry welfare expert on my side, then I think I'm justified in my position.
  10. @HhLodesign Because we know that taking animals out of their natural environment and subjecting them to force-feeding is cruel. Simple.
  11. @HhLodesign hmmm.... speaking up for animals being confined and force-fed makes one a hypocrite? what dictionary do you use?
  12. @HhLodesign Be sure to tell the Seattle foie gras protesters I said hello the next time you pass by!
  13. @HhLodesign thank you for giving me the opportunity to spend a day tweeting about foie gras - sometimes a decent foil is just what I need :)
  14. Listening to faith no more and feeling old.
  15. @HhLodesign Or are you afraid of talking about the actual facts of foie gras production?
  16. @HhLodesign It's an ad hominem argument, which is the second lowest form of argument, second only to ridicule. How about talking facts?
  17. @HhLodesign Sounds an easy way out for you to avoid a discussion of unnecessary confinement and force-feeding of ducks.
  18. @HhLodesign I guess it comes down to is your disregard for animal suffering versus concern for animals and efforts to stop that suffering
  19. @HhLodesign when have I forced anyone to do anything? and is that why you are unwilling to speak about the conditions of the animals?
  20. @HhLodesign Ok, then: there are only laws preventing cruelty to dogs and cats because a small minority of people worked to stop it.
