  16. Marketing campagn plan: write down every reason why people WANT what you're offering, then do a series of emails/letters; 1 per reason.
  17. Spent yesterday on accounts - so no tweeting, as no brainpower left. As long as nobody shows me any numbers today should be OK!
  18. The broken arm is healing well - hasn't stopped me typing, phew! Just can't use the vacuum cleaner or scrub things - any volunteers!!!
