  17. To try to shorten their meetings, the council will start at 2pm with a 2-hour workshop on discussion items. Regular meeting starts at 4pm.

  19. @waterwaybabies The buyouts have to be submitted to the state by the city. They don't get approved by state and then come to the city.
  20. Council approved another buyout in the Sands of Kahala subdivision and told staff to prepare an ordinance closing program to new applicants.
