  1. And that's it for the London Book Fair 2007. Check out www.booktwo.org for follow ups, and more booktech news. Bye.
  2. Done a deal for Greek rights to a book via a MySpace contact! Now that's booktwo.
  3. Last few meetings, and trying to nick a few interesting books to take home. Publishers are tight.
  4. Check out the IPDA, India's equivalent of the IPG.

  6. Over to the British Council's International Young Publisher me the Year awards ceremony.
  7. Cause for celebration: Duckworth are bringing back Heath Robinson. Google him now.
  8. I still find it funny when someone tells me they publish Juvenile literature.
  9. Noone does mental like old German publishing ladies do mental. Hello rat-tails, capes, and platform DMs.
  10. You can tell the fair is nearly over when people start smoking at their booths. It's like the night bus.
  11. Cool, in a kind of "hey, if I was a multimillionaire, I'd do stupid stuff like this" kind of way.
  12. Just stood next to Margaret Atwood and had a go on her LongPen (www.longpen.com)
  13. Why do you always find the nice restaurant on the last day? Spanish publishers have a tapas bar upstair...
  14. Going to check out some of my favourite small publishers including Dedalus and Old Street.
  15. Very quiet today - a lot have people have gone home already.
  16. Off to first meeting with Soft Skull's Richard Nash, Lord and Saviour of US Indie publishing.
  17. Still all quiet on the deals front. Heard about some more sales for White Tiger last night, otherwise little to report.
  18. Morning LBF watchers. It's a beautiful day in London, it's day 3 of the fair, and I have a cracking hangover.
  19. So that's it from day two at the LBF. Thanks for reading, I'm off to dinner and then the Canongate party. Come back tomorrow for more...
  20. Independent Publishing Group (www.ipg.org.uk) drinks @ IPG stand shortly...
