  1. @PaulBKennedy - great present!
  2. I just got the audio from a recent source code hearing. I will review it and put it on the web soon.
  3. @another_pd - it is a question where you use a scale. "On a scale of 1-7 where are you..." I agree with Paul - they are the best method.
  4. @another_pd - in Arizona, we call that a question a judge will not let you ask during jury selection.
  5. @SCartierLiebel - as a DUI attorney I probably should not be recommending wine, but try - dr. loosen, riesling
  6. @upwardaction - and apparently railroads to carry the haystacks.
  7. If you are on vacation in Arizona, consider this before you drink and drive: http://tinyurl.com/ycqyx3y.
  8. @MarkWBennett - I have been following your blog for a long time and will be happy to throw you both a link!
  9. Ignition interlock technology still needs a lot of work. Too many clients with false positives (that's according to AZ MVD!)
  10. @lawscribe - unfortuntely, you speak the truth.
  11. @dja2law - welcome to the legal blogging world.
  12. @chicagoduilaw - stamps.com has made my life my easier.
  13. @stacystern - I find this only to be true if you want clients.
  14. @wendymcd - I guess that is true (nice play on words) and certainly a different ethical issue.
  15. @lawscribe - I will cut him some slack. I guess I probably said some silly things when I was a young prosecutor.
  16. Prosecutor told us that if we go to trial she would "hammer" my client. Should a prosecutor ever say they are going to "hammer" someone?
  17. @HaleyOdom - is there anything that won't be on google?
  18. @JuryVox - Does that work in criminal cases?
  19. @vpmedical - based on some of the opinions I have received lately - no.
  20. @DougBernstein - partition your mac and add xp to the mac.
