  1. Glad twitter has a sense of humour about p.enis meringues! Thanks for the comments :-)
  2. @cocolococupcake Thanks! Not sure what secret is, that is just the way it comes out! Maybe it is the colours that are matt?
  3. http://twitpic.com/owhou - Not for the fainthearted...'meringues' for an Irish hen night. Something green was required...
  4. @ajyoga I tried the hotmail address twice and failed! So hopefully it has arrived at the email address on your website...
  5. @ajyoga Have just emailed you a copy of the notes. Happy baking!
  6. It's going to be a cupcake weekend.
  7. Just had a very good steak. From Paris. Also brought back merguez and goose fat, kosher meat shopping so much more pleasant there.
  8. @lovehaylie Nice kitchen in which to create cupcake display :-)
  9. @srachmat Where are you?
  10. @srachmat Natural cane sugar. Has a really distinctive smell...
  11. Does anyone else find the smell of Rapadura sugar strange?
  12. @beas_bloomsbury Wow, that cake is a work of art!
  13. @MsMarmitelover How did the crumpet making go?
  14. @thelittlecakery Got the message, I did reply...let me know if you didn't get it!
  15. ...honey cake and walnut, apple and honey sorbet.
  16. Rosh Hashanah menu for tonight. Chicken soup, gefilte fish (home made and I hate fish but love my family) sweet potato mash, beef stew...
  17. Superman cake, Mario cake, American flag 50th cake and Peppa pig cake all finished and out for delivery.
  18. 5 star rating from scores on the door, a letter from my Nana and samples that I have been waiting two weeks for. A good post day.
  19. @shunafish @beas_bloomsbury Boiled honey is interesting. I am in search of the perfect recipe. Would prefer to prefer a true honey cake.
  20. @shunafish I've made a dozen+ recipes for 'honey cake' I prefer the ones made with golden syrup, not uncommon for them to also bear the name
