@ My Dal is about 55lbs, I add about 1 cup of veggie mix to 1 1/4 cup of ground meat for each meal,

@ It's a ground mix, comes frozen in 2 lb tubes, I just let it thaw and refrigerate til used up. No mixing no adding,I'm lazy lol
