  2. PLEASE NOTE: Vis-Tech Solutions and “Launching Futures” will cease administration of the KIP Internship program on October 1.
  3. To respond to recent requests, there continues to be NO expectations for KIP internship selections for FALL TERM.
  4. We are sad to announce that due to budgetary issues, no interns will be selected for the fall term. Please contact us with any questions.
  5. The KIP Fall Internship is still accepting applications. All applicants must have all supporting documents submitted by 7/10/2009.
  6. FALL INTERNSHIP is accepting applications. Current deadline is July 10. Call Vis-Tech regarding any questions, at 407-470-8757

  8. SELECTED CANDIDATES: There is an audio recording of the Vis-Tech Orientation session (held this past Monday) can be downloaded and heard.
  9. To everyone who applied, final selections have been made. Thank you for your time and patience and we encourage you to apply in the future.
  10. Selected Interns MUST be fingerprinted at the NASA badge office, which is next to the Visitors Center. This can be done at any time M-F 8-4.
  11. We understand that we are less than two weeks till the internship start date. There still are potential selections upcoming next week.
  12. Happy Memorial Day everybody, many of the people who make the selctions are out until Tuesday, we will update as soon as we hear something.
  13. To clarify, selections for undergraduate, graduate and faculty internships are still being made. High school selections have been closed.
  14. The decision-making process for high school students only has been completed. Thank you for your interest in the KIP and good luck.
  15. Although the decision-making process is slowing, there is still the chance that additional selections may be made. Please be patient.
  16. KIP is now targeting mid next week as our date to have ALL applicants notified - one way or the other. Thank you for your patience!
  17. Thank you for your continued patience. The selection pace has continued to pick up and we should start hearing about more selections soon.
  18. On Tuesday (April 28) noon, only 14 formal offers are out. There has been active review of candidates and we expect more offers by week end.
  19. It "MAY BE" middle of May (not June) prior to we are certain all Interns are selected. Will keep you updated.
  20. To date, we have had about 15 selections. We expect many more selections to come, so don't feel bad if you have not been contacted yet.
