  1. guessed wrong and replaced the harddrive that wasn't about to fail. I see more computer brain surgery in my future.
  2. got a new roof today! quite a noisy (but speedy) operation
  3. 6th St. Sourdough from Sweetish Hill Bakery -- tasty, but too tall for the toaster!
  4. attempting emergency harddrive transplant on an aging thinkpad. computer parts all over the dining room table, yet again.

  6. ok The Boy, I thought we agreed: 4am is only technically "morning." (boo teething) I'd make coffee but the grinder would wake him.

  11. had a good first Father's Day -- couch-naps w/ the boy, took a walk to a concert in the park, homemade choc-mint ice cream (yum)

  14. nothing like a hail storm and an un-haildamaged car to motivate a garage cleaning - also, yay for laptops and uinterruptible power supplies!
  15. wedding was somewhat Office themed - a Dwight Schrute bobblehead caketopper, on a cake bearing the words "IT IS YOUR WEDDING."
  16. back in Austin (since Monday, that's how tired I am). Fun wedding. Enjoyed the zoo. Took 2 days to notice our MO rental car had TX plates :)
  17. at ABIA for the third time today (12 hours later!) ... hopefully we can get on a plan this time.
