  1. Very unwisely drinking coffee as I wait for ashtanga class to start. My downward dog will most definitely suffer.
  2. Mandy's interview with Paxman lasted approximately five minutes. I was expecting more, to be honest.
  3. @stevepashley: My work 'one' is to not be embarassed when seeking clarity if people/situations are unclear to me. Similar to yours?
  4. I would love to hear thoughts on what inspires you in this space.
  5. Nearby fireworks the stuff of a Health & Safety nightmare. Hello 2010! May we grow wiser and take better care of each other. Happy new year!
  6. Emerging from Christmas haze and unbelievable head cold, no doubt incurred during mid-winter transition from south east Asia to London.
  7. Heavens to Murgatroyd, I found an enormous typo in the very first sentence of a speech I sent as 'good to go.' The first bloody sentence!!!
  8. Discombobulated; haven't had a decent night of sleep in 6 days. Wide awake by 2a, ready to sleep at 7a when time to leave for work. Nice!
  9. @JondeBeer: seriously warmer than London! It was fascinating, hot, beautiful and slightly lawless at times. How are you?
  10. Hello, London! Arriving back from Thailand to snowflakes is totally surreal.
  11. Happy Thanksgiving, Americans. I really miss my family today. (Nothing to do with pumpkin pie, I swear!)
  12. Policy wonks of London, unite! http://yfrog.com/33luknj
  13. Today; GPs, Wales, care planning, clinical networks, Scotland, collaboration, clinical networks, presentation (late!), restorative justice.
  14. Watching C4's 'Inside Britain's Israel Lobby' whilst writing action plan for restorative justice group. Not doing either thing thoroughly!
  15. At Peter de Wit's cafe in Greenwich, listening to the lovely stylings of Mark Bassey and Dave Frankel. http://yfrog.com/3m53407700j
  16. On train from Cardiff; event hosted by NHS Confederation. Reading new health reform programme in English as not fluent in Welsh...
  17. Listening to Greg Dyke speak on leadership. "What I believe is that culture change is not an intellectual experience but an emotional one."
  18. Memories flooding after an email from my primary school teacher; my first paper, on the internment of Japanese-American citizens during WW2.
  19. @johnwillis7: "Why should I practice restorative justice when no one has ever shown me justice of any kind?" - (a child asked me this)
  20. @johnwillis7: tough question. Don't have enough experience yet; instinct says it is better than custodial sentences for 1st/2nd convictions!
