  1. Weight lifting and strength training is what 'firms' and 'tones' your muscles...aim for at least 2-3 total body workouts per week
  2. Sports Drink or H2O? H2O unless a workout is longer than 1 hour, you are in extreme heat or you sweat like a pig...
  3. Free weights VS Machines? Both are parts of a comprehensive workout routine - alternate or mix 'em up.

  6. About to eat again! Two chicken breasts, a sweet potato, and asparagus an hour ago is not getting the job done
  7. Running outside in 84 degree weather with 48% humidity - yuck
  8. Today's workout: legs, calves, and core!
