This morning in Dáil Eamon Gilmore questions Tanaiste about the conditions contained in Bill in the Banks Guarantee Scheme
Bill will not go through all stages tonight. Second stage will be debated this evening
If Govt does not have legislation ready why are we doing this? Gilmore asks. Labour wants to deal with this sensibly, stop the codology.
