  14. Pardon me, but I am in awe of my niku jyaga! + i made mine with wagyu (fatty) tendon, no kiri-otoshiやでぃ〜!++ no H2O in the soup, just sake!
  15. Niku jyaga invented in Maizuru, Kyoto by JPN navy based on beef stew. Mine is soft, nearly soupy w/aapl/agedofu includes hint of cinnamon.
  16. Oh dude! I make awesome niku jyaga! That is a simmered Japanese-style meat and potato dish. I tweaked the recipe to be 'Kyoto-style'.
