Niku jyaga invented in Maizuru, Kyoto by JPN navy based on beef stew. Mine is soft, nearly soupy w/aapl/agedofu includes hint of cinnamon.

Oh dude! I make awesome niku jyaga! That is a simmered Japanese-style meat and potato dish. I tweaked the recipe to be 'Kyoto-style'.
