  19. @cookitaly Actually, there are many good Parmigiani and Grane Padane. With true artisinal production, it comes down to personal choice.
  20. In Italy you get your (new) car inspected after 4 years, and every other year thereafter. It was painless, except for the fee. 69 Euros :-(
