  1. writing me some inline assembly code for the first time in a year or two. Irrational euphoria.
  5. @masakon it's because I was thinking as though I was writing code. I haven't made that mistake in a while.
  7. Getting my first taste of the useful side of coredumps and post-mortem debugging.
  8. ended a Doxygen comment with a semicolon. Ahaha.

  12. Apparently I was lucky enough to get the cell number of someone who is defaulting on fast-cash payments.
  13. @perlbuzz haha, your shell history has failed you hilariously
  14. Gah, Canary was nice until it leaked memory all over the place. 262MiB and climbing ... time too look for a new client again.
  15. @ehlertij I've used TortoiseMerge on Windows
  16. Pete Hoekstra is a Meme : http://tr.im/oVaJ
  17. @petdance somewhere here there must be a joke about Python programmers and ancient Greek geometry
  18. Penn Jillette's "This I Believe" "There Is No God" essay errs in the first paragraph, even on the definition of atheism !
  19. It appears that a recent Mac OS X fix brought (partial ?) 256-color support to Terminal. At least my prompt doesn't blink at me any more.
  20. Apparently `make -j5 modules' in the Linux kernel causes my flaky hardware to lock up pretty hard (numlock toggle fails, though ping works?)
