  1. 5mi bike (17min) and chest, bi, and ab work out this morning. Next event might be may 17th will figure that out this weekend.
  2. 2 mile run this morning 21min felt good too! No shin pain at all.
  3. Official time for yesterdays triathlon 1:21. Still under my 1:30 goal but I know it coulkd have been better.
  4. 1/4mi swim, 9 mi bike, 3mi run. Time: 1:15 5miles into the bike, a Spoke broke and my tire warped, still happy with the time though. Tim ...
  5. 1mile run (11min) 35 min bi's tri's - in the hotel fitess center in New Orleans
  6. 3mile run (35min) felt ok after two days off.
  7. 1mile swim (40min) 1mile run (12min) didn't feel right not going in this morning...got to the gym at 11:15pm
  8. 3.4 mile run (40min) to the office and back, "hilly" felt good about the pace time
  9. 3mile run (37min) 1000yard swim (35min) run was after swim had to walk a bit.
  10. Looking forward to the day off tomorrow!
  11. Holy crap I do not have a medium button...if I'm working out it's full speed ahead, little to no rest between sets etc. I'm freakin BEAT ...
  12. 1.5mile run (17min) 55min wieghts, chest & Bi's (3 exercises each) also did a set of lunges while raising a 25lb plate (3 sets)
  13. hard day today, out of the gym and on the road. 10.8mile bike (45min) 1.3mile run (18min) all around Lake Forest and Foothill, all HILLS!
  14. This mornings workout, 3mile run (36min) 7mile bike (25min) and then finished with a 1/2mile run (5:30min)
  15. No work out today, going to a 5 day plan where Tue. And Thurs. Are off days.
