EB 6th now closed at Telluride, take that north to 14th, back to Colfax and then east to Picadilly. That will take you south to 6th.

The 6th Ave crash is EB at Aspen, entrance to Buckley. All traffic detoured into the base. Colfax to Picadilly is a good alternate.
