used mutsu apples to make a crisp. didn't hold their shape, but taste is wonderful. apples are ENORMOUS and sweet this year.

swordfish has been amazing recently. thick steaks. seared in cast iron skillet. flip, then 425 deg oven for about 20 mins. perfectly cooked.
