  1. The more that we understand the character of God the more we are able to see what is expected of us and how He deals with us.
  2. Everything that God does He does out of His own character. God always acts based on who He is.
  3. As character is developed in us, through tribulations, our hope is increased.
  4. Since it is God who judges and God who justifies, when He has declared us righteous, we have peace with Him.
  5. Jesus Christ died for the sins of humanity. Anyone who receives His sacrifice personally appropriates it, and so is entitled to its benefits
  6. He gives us trees,but we must make R homes.He provides raw materials,we must make the finished product."This is the princpl of grace at work

  8. God's grace gives us what we do not deserve—the righteousness of Jesus Christ, the riches of His glory, inheritance, power, and much more.
  9. God's mercy withholds from us what we deserve. Because God judged Jesus Christ on the cross for all our sins, He can offer us mercy & grace
  10. Most people can see that sin is a violation of the righteousness of God, so they understand why it had to be judged on the cross.
  11. Because grace can be initiated and sustained only by God, anything we try to do other than respond is worthless.
  12. We are saved by grace through faith; we grow in the Christian life by grace through faith.
  13. Grace is a resource that can never be earned or deserved, but only received as a gift.
  14. We stand in grace or we do not stand at all. Grace is all that God is free to do for mankind on the basis of the work of Jesus Christ.
  15. R future doesnt depend on R weak & wavering national leaders,it depends on us— U and I as believers to begin the work of spiritual recovery
  16. If we want 2 get graft & corruption out of R government, it would be good to begin housecleaning in our corrupt and gain-seeking pulpits!
