  13. @louisrosenfeld no doubt. Awareness of UX challenges are the first step. As it is, most publishers are oblivious to the issue.
  14. @Lemnisk that's part of it. Also, the user experience of the book hasn't changed much in the last 500 years. UX hasn't been an issue.
  15. Biggest problem facing publishers today? Most don't understand the importance of consumer experience in the digital realm.
  16. You don't need to own an ereader to understand ebooks. But you do if you want to understand challenges ebook readers face. #dbw
