  7. @Mike_Stelzner If threads will likely be long, then newest (shows the status of the conv.). If short, oldest first gives better overall pic.

  10. @jangles Exactly! Started me thinking how much of, for example, our unsuccessful marketing is just the difficulty to break habits.
