  14. Most streets in Seoul don't have names. Numbers refer to construction order, not geography. Is it possible for my mental model to hurt?
  15. Delightfulness earns forgiveness. Laptop power was out on Singapore Airlines, but crew was so nice I couldn't be annoyed.

  18. Gadget etiquette shouldn't be hard: the human in front of you is more important than whatever is going on with your hunk of plastic.
  19. Where agile & UCD clash, it's because people are trying to use engineering to solve a non engineering (human) problem.
  20. @Gielow @semanticwill ixd can work with agile *if* you have a good framework before you "sprint" & engineers are willing to use specs
