  9. @secretshutters Of cos most pharmacies have fish oil. Try to get good quality ones so that u don't burp :D

  11. @eyeshalfopen different brands have different concentration. Mine is 900mg omega-3 per cap.
  12. @secretshutters fish oil is different from cod liver. Don't take too much cod liver. It has high Vit A & D. You can overdose!
  13. @theultimatelove effective and permanent weight loss needs time. Crash diet does not work.
  14. @secretshutters don't take too much fish oil either. It can thin your blood too much. I suggest you try 3000mg for a start.
  15. @secretshutters to loosen up your hardened fats - to eat lots of fish oil supplements. I take almost 4000mg per day.
  16. @secretshutters phase 1 is more for people looking to lose more than 10 pounds... i.e. more than 5kg
  17. @theultimatelove how complicated? Mine is quite simple? Avoid sugar, simple starch & highly processed food. Try to be protein dominant.
  18. @secretshutters You should skip phase 1 and go straight to phase 2. You don't have to lose lots of weight.
