  16. Find three books you enjoy. Do you know who the authors are? Which is your favourite?
  17. Before you buy something, think about whether or not you really need it. When you no longer need something, can you give it to someone else?
  18. Put up a blank December calendar and fill in things you already have planned. Add in some "do nothing" so you remain happy and rested.
