  11. @hillhannah Is "innate disposition" a cop-out? Maybe 50% disposition, 50% being educated about success stories & possibilities for change.
  12. @hillhannah You're right - not all. But I think cynicism comes from seeing injustices that don't go away easily, not just poor projects.
