  1. @mrowe pairing is something i find very hard. the required information flow between two people is often reduced to observe, be observed.
  2. @manton i think it means switch to git and gitx.
  3. new morning routine. wake, make tea, go back to bed. read mail, news and my twitter feed all on my iphone. then it's down stairs to work.
  4. @mrowe we really need to pick a song list and spend a afternoon making lots and lots of noise.
  5. itunes is evil. i spend far too much money on random finds. who'd have thought barenaked ladies would lead me to hootie and the blowfish?
  6. got a first cut version of "brian willson" down. pretty happy now i just have to work on the picking in the intro.
  7. @mrowe woo hoo. now comes the packing :)
  8. whatever crap was going on with optus's 3g network yesterday seems to have been resolved. lucky because i've hit my trivial telstra cap.
  9. a mac without launchbar just doesn't feel right.
  10. @perrynfowler what p90x varient are you doing? do you have a suggestion for a starting site?
  11. relaxing after a 10k run. i have every intention of nailing a couple of new songs this afternoon. maybe some arctic monkeys.
  12. coffee while the car is getting cleaned http://yfrog.com/56i5xj
  13. what fraction of Ruby DSLs exist solely to de-objectize syntax of things that are more sensibly represented as functions? (@stuarthalloway)
  14. @mrowe actually no. it just happens that my car was booked in for a service today.
  15. independent once again. much hacking on both the computer and guitar next week.
  16. on the train for the first time in a very long time. the trains still smell like urine. http://yfrog.com/109tuej
  17. @joshprice you may want to take a look at http://code.google.com/p/ps... it does transcoding and other goodness.
  18. @mrowe the wheels on the bus go round and round ...
  19. ahh, new toy. many many cores. http://yfrog.com/e949319903j
  20. @haruki_zaemon method lengths may still be longer than you would like but at least there are no horribly deep class heirachies.
