  1. Thanksgiving is a harvest festival, not a commemoration of anything to do with Pilgrims and Indians. So, you can stop protesting now.
  2. @ejacqui It only backed up the location of Apple's default apps.
  3. Disappointed that iTunes does not back up the screen locations of 3rd party apps on the iPhone, nor their data.
  4. Watching the Colts play like they are 9-0 and don't care if they lose.
  5. @aurich Funny you mentioned that. I just switched to AA. 30 minutes in.
  6. So far, Boderlands is totally disappointing. Walk 10 feet, battle skags. Repeat 15 times, then have a boss battle.
  7. @arstechnica Sadly, my Wii just collects dust blown up by my 360. OMG does that make me a fanboy?
  8. @apple4ever It just feels hypocritical when the abstract, not-really-applicable complaints come up only when it suits them.
  9. @apple4ever You could argue that for the entire Federal system though, and I don't see any conservatives challenging their precious laws.
  10. @apple4ever Yep, dismiss 70 years of precedence in favor of personal bias this time. Not like stare decisis is central to US law ;)
  11. @apple4ever Oh, forgot link. http://bit.ly/3s6YV1
  12. @apple4ever And that's irrelevant. Or have you ignored the history of Congress for the last 100 years?
  13. @apple4ever Uh huh. OK. Whatever you say. http://bit.ly/3J4XPg
  14. @apple4ever So you know more about the Constitution than Constitutional scholars? Whatever. Sorry that reality doesn't line up with you.
  15. @apple4ever Nope. 10th amendment claims are, on their face, utter BS. Have been for what, nearly a century? Beck has nothing to stand on.
  16. Glenn Beck claims that Congress does not have a constitutional right to pass legislation, apparently. http://bit.ly/ddSnB
  17. @Backstop440 We asked for a review unit, but they haven't sent one yet.
  18. Fox news caught (again!) running old video footage to claim "huge crowds" that aren't. http://bit.ly/8sR0r
  19. I've got to say that the Engadget redesign is very, very good.
  20. RT @NiemanLab: The median age of Twitter users is 31. On Facebook, it's 33; MySpace, 26; and LinkedIn, 39 http://tr.im/Fi51
