  14. Need to look not just at how users react initially to designs, but how thier interaction changes over time.
  15. Efficiency vs obviousness as key design idea. Depends on how often the interface is used and users existing experience.
  16. Awesomeness = ethical, insanely great, Designer love, thick value. Awsesomeness = the new innovation.
