  13. @anthonycbis On an afternoon, there is indeed some improvement from not having to wait at the traffic lights with the East traffic.
  14. @anthonycbis The Overpass isn't a one and done. There are other highway development projects to come, including Interchange Phase 3.
  15. @anthonycbis The Overpass dealing with Southbound traffic. I don't see the Northbound backup anymore. I'm on the highway at 5:00AM.
  16. @anthonycbis The *construction* is contributing to silting of the drains.
  17. @anthonycbis No brother. Re the Overpass, you have that very wrong. It is indeed making a difference prior to Phase 3 of the project.
  18. @anthonycbis We got quick and overdue infrastructure fixes, telecomm network upgrade... Money spent (not all good!) but side benefits.
  19. @anthonycbis They've been doing the latter with minimal uptake. I think subsidizing is impacted by free trade agreements.
  20. @anthonycbis Again, have all other factors trended to completely counter the fall in the oil price?
