  1. thanksgiving prep comes to a close. rillettes, cranberries, brined turkey, pie, stock all done. now, taking a break. (http://is.gd/53zNU)
  2. brine and cheddar pie crust cooling, cranberry sauce in the works. next up - rest of the pie assembly, and wrestling a 19.5 lb bird.
