  1. OK solved the problem by downloading a different extractor program. Computer-geek forums save the day yet again!
  2. Argh I don't believe it! My brief finally arrived but it's a zip file and I can't extract it because it has an invalid folder name...
  3. Just popped round to help my neighbour Ken get a tumble dryer out of his car boot & into his kitchen. The perks of working from home eh? :o)
