  1. We had some network issues this morning. Our ISP has upgraded some equipment at our hosting site. Things should be back to normal.
  2. We have a lot of updates coming. We've reworked the public kase view particularly. Working toward public support sites.
  3. We're revising the Dashboard. What would you like to see?
  4. @NetworkNerds Excellent. Some things have changed since you used the app. Send any ?'s and let us know what you find.
  5. We're working more types of notification into Kase Manager. Do you have any suggestions for ones?
  6. New feature: Notification sent to support managers when a client submits a kase by web form or email. Keeps you in the loop. Coming soon.
  7. New version of Kase Manager coming. Mostly a polish release. We should be deploying later this week.
  8. We will have a number of usability enhancements this week. The main one should make our client lookups for kases run smoother.
  9. Lots of work going on to get us out of beta. Mostly under the covers. @ us with any ?'s about recent changes.
  10. We fixed a few errors in our data migration that caused some people with duplicated email addresses. Everyone should be good now.
  11. @NetworkNerds If it is deletable, ie: no edits, activities, etc, then there should be a delete button on the right.
  12. @NetworkNerds How has your testing gone? Any questions?
  13. Did a lot of work on creation of kases by email today. We had a few glitches after the update. Those should all fixed. Issues? Let us know.

  15. @NetworkNerds I added the ability to turn on and off client emails. It's under account management (upper right) -> Edit Account.
  16. @NetworkNerds So, when you create a case what "Person/client" is it associated with if you haven't entered the client information?
  17. @NetworkNerds You want to be able to turn off client emails?
  18. @NetworkNerds A support manager can create a kase and assign it at the same time. The assignee will receive an email.
  19. @NetworkNerds The person assigned to a kase gets an email when someone else updates it. Kases by default are assigned to the creator.
