  1. @mzphyz Thanks - I've gotten it up now, so time for a shower and BBQ that I'm 3 hours late for. ;-)
  2. OK! Looks like the servers are now back online, but there may be residual strangeness. I'll keep an eye on things throughout the day.
  3. Yes, sorry, it's an awful long "5 minutes" I know - things failed, like usual. :-( Working furiously to fix, late to a BBQ party, sigh.
  4. Heads up: Happy 4th of July, everyone! Twitter Karma servers need quick reboot. Shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes, starting NOW.
  5. @trinitysaij Which version of Windows, and what Firefox add-ons do you have installed?
  6. Note: It appears that Firefox 3.5 may have issues with Twitter Karma - we are investigating (thanks, @trinitysaij)
  7. @trinitysaij Ah! I was able to check 3 boxes, and on the 4th, I'm now staring at the OSX beachball. Sigh, FF 3.5 bug, yay!
  8. @trinitysaij Interesting - consistently reproducible crashes? Could be FF 3.5 bug - no issues here on FF 3.5 Mac.
  9. @trinitysaij Windows? Mac? I'm testing FF 3.5 on Mac right now - no crash, yet.
  10. Tip: @thewilled has kindly set up web forums for Twitter Karma: http://bit.ly/3wtl3t
  11. @weenick - Not sure what might have happened - try again, if it's consistently happening, I'll check the logs.
  12. 70% packet loss. Not pretty. Tech. should be here in 2 hours.
  13. Alert: Twitter Karma servers are experiencing a network issue. Being investigated, will update as soon as I know anything.
  14. @birdhousebooks No drop-down for sorting? Woah. What browser are you using?
  15. @mc_cunha You're welcome ... :)
  16. @birdhousebooks Is this after you whack? Or, before?
  17. @birdhousebooks Do you get an error? What happens when you try?
  18. . @alwayshere Glad to hear it - yes, the new hardware has made a significant difference!
  19. @viridari - It takes a lot of queries to assemble the results ... but now, no single query is taking >2s, where it was before, a lot.
  20. New database server is smoking! 8.9M queries, and only _one_ that took more than 2.0 seconds.
