  8. @PeterRitchie and that's 7 per version including 32bit and 64bit, which is like 250 licenses of Windows 7
  9. @PeterRitchie you also have an MSDN subscription that gives you 7 activations you can use for "development" purposes...

  13. @cprieto ya, but I already have a mac..and it cost < $2000...it cost about the same as my PC actually
  14. Even though you can get 15 license of Snow Leopard for $150, I still think a lot of people will be happy w/3 Win7 licenses.
  15. I knew the snow leopard upgrade was $29, but didn't know the 5 license family pack (full I think) was $49 (re @jdangerslater)
  16. A windows 7 home premium 3-license ("family") pack for $150 is reasonable. There I said something nice about Windows :)

  19. I remember a long time ago, a blog post from Microsoft about their Windows QA process..and their use of virtualization..looking for da link.
  20. IE won't support <movie>, Silverlight supports video GPU acceleration. I really think there's some intentional evil/malice going on
