  1. Ran 2.5 miles in 28 mins and felt good. Short run today...it's getting so DARK, so EARLY!
  2. Ran 3.05 miles in 35 mins and felt good. Windy easy run from work.....i'm liking these 3:30 runs!!
  3. Finally updated a month of runs on the daily mile!
  4. Did a fitness workout for 20 mins and felt good.
  5. Ran 4.58 miles in 54 mins and felt tired. Tempo run that was more like a run/walk.....felt tired.
  6. Ran 1.5 miles in 17 mins and felt blah. Stomach ache....cut a 2 miler short.
  7. Ran 4.54 miles in 53 mins and felt good. Ran at lunch....beautiful day!
