  1. Almost wish #bbc goes ahead with DRM nonsense, and revoke access to a popular set top box to get a big enough backlash to bury DRM for good.
  2. Breaking stuff quite spectacularly. Yeehaaar
  3. Thanks to @gavinwillingham (despite jam/cream #fail) for http://tinyurl.com/ybukt2d and @iainduncani for the link. (Must catch up on rssowl)
  4. Oh great, another password is about to expire
  5. Wondering how long to listen to hold music. Would be nice to register with conf. call system & have it call me when moderator starts meeting
  6. @jaylimburn yeah, would have been nice to phone my heating ahead of getting home yesterday. It was flippin freezing. On high all day today.
  7. Watching toffee powered rockets again. Apparently I'm not allowed to make one!
  8. @cminion doh, only just spotted the doughnut tweet! Will they still be there tomorrow?!!
  9. Curses; too slow to get part of a (rather large) gingerbread tree!
  10. Think I'm going to need some ice skates to get back to the car when I go home
  11. Tweaking polar bear controller- hadn't accounted for the energy they use!!
  12. Tree decorating has commenced!
  13. Chilly enough for Scott's Porage Oats this morning
  14. That took longer than I was planning. Time to log off work for the week. Think it's going to be very quiet in Hursley next week
  15. Woot, a developerWorks article I was waiting for is out there http://bit.ly/6vs3x7
  16. @thanaik even more amazing is it was from Singapore! Someone I know pre-twitter so not due to any amazing twitter presence!
  17. Post just arrived, including a card addressed to Mr & Mrs @jtonline!
  18. @wideawakewesley You could say I'm already getting 'up to' 24 Mb! If Virgin ever come up with a decent offer I might try fibre broadband
  19. I suppose 0.88Mb/s download, 0.51Mb/s upload is technically 'up to 8 Mb/s' but it is a bit pants now isn't it TalkTalk?
  20. @nathanknz you just couldn't resist mentioning BBQs at Christmas could you?! (Hmmmm, now I'm thinking a BBQ in the snow might warm me up...)
