@ yeah, that was a rhetorical question ;) (WDK uses a custom msbuild chain with cl ~= VC9 as the compiler. But not similar enough.)

I still cannot fucking believe (std|ext|…)::hash_map isn't standard and well-supported across platforms. This is 2009, not 1956.

@ have you considered making nil argument parens optional, a la Ruby? Makes method vs. member access ambiguous, but less cluttered.
