  1. #FitFeb I'm going to be quitting the contest because I am going to be working out and find I don't have time to update my postings daily.
  2. #FitFeb Still working out, thinking about joining judo next week because my cardio is up.
  3. #FitFeb Bored with hearing me ride my bike? Well... that's what I did again. Bad news is I went up to 183 b/c I had a coupld of big meals.
  4. #FitFeb Knocked out two birds with one stone. I took my bike looking for houses and working out. My cardio is feeling pretty good now.
  5. #FitFeb Down to 181.5, went bike riding all around today. I was hoping to compete today,but my went was too high. 200lb+ opponent arent good
  6. #FitFeb I'm down to 182 so I know I won't be at the proper weight for the tourney tomorrow. I just got done riding my bike during lunch.

  11. Compete in submission wrestling tournament on 7th and compete on pure skill and no cardio? I need to come down from 186 to 174.5 in 4 days..
  12. I am down to 186 this morning. I was 189 on February 1st. I'll be riding the good old bike again to get my cardio up.
  13. TimeWarnerCable sucks... couldn't post yesterday. #FitFeb I rode my bike 5 miles yesterday. I'm going to be riding for 30 minutes today.

  15. I'll be joining martial arts again as I took a long layoff due to programming. I may also compete in a grappling tournament in February.
  16. I'm buying a bike today and will be riding first thing tomorrow morning and everyday in the month on the hills of McKinney, Texas. #FitFeb
