  9. @kelps very good point. SL is suppose to be the 3 screens technology. BUT COM in XBOX, Mobile, Moblin, other OS's, will break that story!
  10. @kelps definetely agree!Access to native api's (like sensor) is preferable to accesing them thru elevated permission COM interfaces.
  11. @miguelcarrasco Lines are being blured btw what can be done in SL vs WPF, SL4 is so powerful and makes it difficult to choose WPF over it.

  14. And accessing the FULL .NET framework thru COM is not a viable and optimal solution (thou possible as im sure youll point out)
  15. @JustinAngel Until SL4 has access to the FULL .NET framework WPF will live. I really hope that SL4 doesn't evolve to replace WPF!
  16. :( today i missed the simplicity of the winform app days when we didnt give a crap about animations and ui styles/templates. <sigh>
  17. Mix10 will be bigger than PDC09 :). We finally hear about WinMo7 and Silverlight everywhere!
