  8. Fantastic customer experience from the @brittanyferries call centre. Call answered in 3 rings, no annoying IVR , solved my problem. Great!
  9. Hopeful the Co-Op Bank saga may get resolved. Nice lady called me back. Sounds like a problem with a back office team.
  10. Co-op Bank helpline saga. Helpline not taking calls 4 days later, callback not returned and all managers are in a meeting this afternoon.
