  1. Trying to be perfect causes a lot of pain and stops you from living and loving. Being perfect especially stops you from loving yourself.
  2. Trying to be perfect is a trap. It never works, is exhausting and there is no payoff! It is self-defeating...stop it now & be yourself.
  3. Out of Balance? Why? You know why. It is inside you. Take the steps now to get back into balance. You need to take care of yourself first.
  4. Whenever you have a problem, just know that there is a solution to the problem. Know that whatever it is, it is for the best for everyone!
  5. When you envision your future, always think that it will be great and better than anything you ever experienced before. It will be better!
  6. There is nothing wrong with our feelings. Let them flow and trust where the flow is taking you. It will take you further on your journey.
  7. When presented with a problem detach, turn it over to God & let him handle it & whatever happens will be the best for everyone concerned.
  8. Need something? Pray for it & if comes to you, you did need it. If it doesn't come, you really did not need it. Its funny how it works.
  9. When we make decisions with our ego we feel a certain energy and with our heart we feel something totally different. Know the difference.
  10. Know that you can trust that guidance inside you. When you follow THAT guidance & not your EGO guidance. You will make the right choices.
  11. We all have our own guidance to follow. Not to do what others want you to do. If we do we are trying to please someone other than ourselves.
  12. Only you know what is best for you. Do not rely on your ego or others to tell you what to do. You have the answer inside of you. Its there!
  13. Be good to your mind. Pamper it, feed it good & positive thoughts. Be gentle with it. Remember, your mind will produce what you feed it.
  14. Believe that you can, be, have whatever. See it, feel it in your mind & go work towards it. It will appear, if you persist in your belief!
  15. Be thankful every day for what we have, not just we "receive" something. Gratitude, begets more good things in our lives. Be thankful now!
  16. We are only responsible to oursleves.That isn't being selfish. We need to take care of ourselves, before we can help someone else. Thats it.
  17. Don't like something about yourself? Thats okay, you are human. It can be changed if it make us feel uncomfortable. Its up to you.
  18. Depressed? Force yourself to do something totally different or out of character. It will take your mind away from the depression. It works!
  19. Depressed? Go for a walk and soak it all in. Be apart of this World. It may not make sense, but we were put here because we were special.
  20. What is holding you down, back? Really, what is holding you from achieving, being what you want? It is not real. Change it, you can do it!
