  1. @dansync err.. That would be the annual toy run? ;)
  2. @andrewbarnett I always prefer group perms to global write. Some good advice on hardening WordPress here: http://bit.ly/NQox
  3. @andrewbarnett Can't remember offhand (not a WP expert) but that sounds sensible. Install docs should say exactly which dirs?
  4. @andrewbarnett Standard answer is that you don't want to give a web app write access to it's own code.
  5. @andrewbarnett
  6. @chrisjrn Can't make it in for #coffeetime to say farewell, but have fun up there and make the most of it!
  7. @BlueTyson *phew* ;)
  8. @BlueTyson Maybe these should be in a blog post?? You're spamming my twitter feed!
  9. A great story about 5yo kids learning how to put computers together: http://is.gd/5aZGR (via @arjenlentz <- @storming)
  10. @chrisjrn Yeah, but it deserves wider viewing ;) It's at 27:20 into last nights episode of Lateline (on iView)
  11. I'm surprised nobody has uploaded that ridiculous line from Barnaby Joyce re: Copernicus on Lateline last night onto Youtube yet.
  12. @fleela Our boys also go to a local childcare centre one day a week, where they do a few structured activities.
  13. @fleela Our primary school runs a pre-k program, but that's just a couple of hours one day a week just to familiarise them.
  14. @JustJimWillDo There's an untapped market in wood-fired power stations, I'm sure.
  15. @fleela Oh, and kinder is for 4 year olds - they start prep when they're 5!
  16. @fleela Kinder is a very common abbreviation here! Not mandatory apparently, though I don't know anyone who wouldn't send their kids!
  17. @JustJimWillDo Summer all year round and beachfront property for everyone!* (*: may not apply to people currently living near the beach)
  18. @klarusu Yeah we see the other side from down here.. much better looking ;) I'd love to see a white christmas one day!
  19. There's a full moon out there tonight, people! http://www.flickr.com/photos/varrqnuht/4152241191/
  20. @fleela Not kindergarten then? What was the word??
